What is your return policy?
Domestic Online Orders
For online orders, we accept returns in new condition with hang tags still in tack for a full refund within 14 days of shipment receipt. There's no restocking fee and we will credit the full refund to the original card or account you made the purchase on. If you just need to exchange for a different size, we will ship it out within 1-2 business days of receiving the original return, with no additional shipping fees.
Pop-Ups, Parties, & In-Person Purchases
If you met us at one of our events on the road and are having regrets, don't worry! We accept returns for credit card purchases in new condition with hang tags still in tack for a full refund within 7 days of the event. Did you pay cash? Send us a separate email to email@example.com.
For online orders, we accept returns in new condition with hang tags still in tack for a full refund within 30 days of shipment receipt. There's no restocking fee, however we do require you pay any custom duties or sales taxes that occur. Once the product is received, you will receive a credit to the original card or account you made the purchase on.
What if I want to exchange my stuff?
We love exchanges and want to make sure you receive the right size! Because we have limited stock of some of our items, we want to make sure it's possible before you send back your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive the returned item(s) we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email to let you know it's gone thru. It may take 5-10 days for your bank to process, so please be patient!
Can I return stuff that was on sale?
At this time, we do not accept returns for sale items.
How do I return things to JOLN?
Do you still have the bag you received it in? Fold it back in there and grab some tape to seal it! Or, head to your local post office. Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority. Depending on where you live, that may be the easiest for you too!
